Requests for Public Records I have made to Phoenix

Here is a list of "requests for public records" that I have made to the city of Phoenix on this issue.

The requests for public records which have been answered are highlighted in green.

The requests for public records which have not been answered are highlighted in red.

The requests for public records which I am waiting for a response are highlighted in yellow.

Request to Mayor Greg Stanton

  1. In this letter I asked the mayor if their are any laws on shooting photos in Phoenix Parks. Mayor Greg Stanton has not responded to the letter.
  2. In this letter I complained that he had not responded to my first letter. While Mayor Greg Stanton did not provide me with the public request information I asked for Toni MacCarone did answer the letter with this email.
  3. In this letter I repeated my request for public records to Toni MacCarone and Mayor Greg Stanton. The letter has not been answered.
  4. ADD 4th letter I wrote last night

Request to City Clerk Chris Meyer

  1. In this letter I asked the Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer for information about any laws on shooting photos in Phoenix Parks. Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer has not responded to this letter
  2. In this letter I told Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer that I have not received a response from the first letter I sent him. Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer has not answered this letter
  3. In this letter I told Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer that I have not received a response from the second letter I sent him. Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer has not answered this letter
  4. In this letter I told Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer that I have not received a response from the third letter I sent him. Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer has not answered this letter

Request to Philip Bradstock the director of the Phoenix Film Office

  1. In this letter I asked Philip Bradstock the director of the Phoenix Film Office for information about any laws on shooting photos in Phoenix Parks. Philip Bradstock has responded to this letter but he has not provided me with the "request for public records" information I asked for.
  2. In this letter I asked Philip Bradstock the director of the Phoenix Film Office who he forwarded my first request for public records to and for a copy of the email he sent. Philip Bradstock has responded to this letter but he refused to provide me with the "request for public records" information I asked for.

Despite the fact that I provided him with all the information that is required to make a request for public records per Arizona's Public Records law which is A.R.S 39 §121 he gave me a line of BS that I had to fill out a silly form that the city of Phoenix had made up.

  3. In this letter I told Philip Bradstock the director of the Phoenix Film Office that in my previous request for public records I had provided all the information which is required by Arizona's Public Records law which is A.R.S 39 §121 to make a "request for public records" and that I was not going to fill out the silly forms he asked me to. I told Philip Bradstock to quit jerking me around and give me the public records information I had requested.

Request to Phoenix Police

  1. In this letter to Detective Aaron Stevens, MTVmessage.PPD@phoenix.gov and aimee.knight-fogel@phoenix.gov of the Phoenix Police I asked them for information about any laws that Phoenix had requiring people who take photos in Phoenix city parks to get a permit and pay a $100 fee. The Phoenix Police never responded to this letter
  2. In this letter to Detective Aaron Stevens, MTVmessage.PPD@phoenix.gov and aimee.knight-fogel@phoenix.gov of the Phoenix Police I told them that no one had answered the first letter I sent to them.

Detective Aaron Stevens actually answered this letter and gave me the information I requested.

Detective Aaron Stevens said there are NO LAWS that require you to get a permit or pay $100 to shoot photos in Phoenix Parks.

Which if true, means that someone in the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department has made up and imaginary law that doesn't exist and is being used to steal or defraud people of $100 each time they shoot photos in Phoenix Parks testing 1,2,3 testing 1,2,3

  3. In this letter to Detective Aaron Stevens I told him that it seems like someone in the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is committing a crime by making up and imaginary law that required people to pay $100 when they take photos in city parks and is using that imaginary law to defraud people. Detective Aaron Stevens has not answered the letter
  4. ADD letter I need to write. I think it will be letter 21 or last one there is. I added all the prior letters in and I just have to write the next one to the piggy
