Dear Phoenix City Council members:
About two weeks ago on Saturday, November 24
I sent you guys this email which is attached.
You have not responded or answered the questions
I asked in this letter.
I need you guys to answer these questions so that
we can go back to Papapo Park and finish shooting
the photos that we were prevented from shooting the
first time when we were falsely arrested.
Last I should say that on Wednesday, November 28,
I did receive a email mail from

It seems like he was just shoveling the BS to us.
He said we wouldn't get arrested if we obeyed the law.
And of course that is a lot of BS. The first time we
were obeying the law and we got falsely arrested
anyhow.
