Subject:Speaking of the City Clerk's Department and requests for public records

Since you brought up the subject that the city clerks office is suppose to respond to request for public records I have sent 4 emails to Chris Meyer who is the Phoenix City Clerk at this email address mailboxcityclerk@phoenix.gov

The emails were on:

Wed October 17, 2012
Fri October 26, 2012
Fri November 2, 2012
Sat November 10, 2012
Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer has not responded to any of the emails I sent him, and obliviously he has not answered any of the requests for public records that I made in those emails I sent to him.

Is there any thing that Phoenix City Councilman Daniel T. Valenzuela can do to get Phoenix City Clerk Chris Meyer to answer the prior emails I have sent him with request for public records?

Or are you going to tell me that you have absolutely no control over the employees that work for you at the city of Phoenix and can't get them to respond to their emails on a timely basis?

Thanks
