Phil:
In the last email you sent me you told me that you
were refusing to honor my request for public records
unless I filled out some silly form that was designed
by some government bureaucrat at the city of Phoenix.
When I sent you the last email asking for the copies
of the public records that is all that is required of me
to do per the Arizona Public Records law which is
A.R.S 39 §121.
I don't have to fill out any silly paper work that somebody
at the city of Phoenix made up.
All A.R.S 39 §121 requires me to do is that I ask you for
a copy of the public records, and you are supposed to
do your job as a public servant and give me the public
records.
The only other thing in the Arizona Public Records laws
is that you can ask if the data will be used for commercial
purposes.
I am telling you here that I am not going to use the data
for commercial purposes, per
A.R.S 39 §121.
Now I have given you all the information I need to give
you per the requirements of the Arizona Public Records
law which is defined in
A.R.S 39 §121.
So now please quit giving me the run around and give me
a copy of the information I requested.
If you don't give me the information which I am requesting
I will file a law suit in Federal Court demanding that you
give me the information I requested.
I am probably going to file a lawsuit against the city of Phoenix,
and the Park Ranger that ordered us to stop shooting photos for
civil rights violations per U.S.C 42 §1983, and if you don't give
me copy of the public records I will modify the lawsuit to include
you and any other Phoenix government employees that don't
give me copies of the public records I am asking for.
Thanks
