I made a valid public records request to Philip Bradstock
according to the rules of Arizona's Public Record law which is
A.R.S 39 §121 in my prior email.
In this email Phil Bradstock sent me he refuses to honor the valid request for public records that I made before and orders me to fill out one of the silly request for public records forms made up by some bureaucrat at the city of Phoenix. All the Arizona Public records law requires for a person to make a valid and legal request for public records is for the person to ask for the records. And I had done that in my email. The government can ask you if the request for public records is for commercial use and I had already told Philip Bradstock that we were not a commercial entity. Eventually Philip Bradstock did give me one of my request for public records, which was a request for the law, or in this case the imaginary law that allows them to require a permit to take photos in Phoenix Parks. As this time Philip Bradstock has not given me a copy of the email I requested. He only gave me a redacted copy of the email.
