Here is the lawsuit ( word format ) I plan to file in Federal Court suing Randall Carney and the other police officers who falsely arrested me.

Use this article in the lawsuit I plan to file against them for stealing my camera and tape recorder when I enter the court house.

In the article the judge rules that they can’t just arbitrarily ban all cameras from courtrooms, but they have to give a specific reason for banning cameras from a specific case for a specific reason.

Use this article to show that the Maricopa County Sheriff Office routinelly uses force to keep people they dislike from using Maricopa County Government facilities.

In my case I was kicked out of the law library not because I was doing something wrong but because I was a homeless person. And the Maricopa County library employees don’t like homeless scum using their library.

I was also kicked out of the library because I was working on a lawsuit suing Maricopa County police officers for civil rights violations in Federal Court and Maricopa County library employees and Maricopa County Sheriff employees just hate it when you sue one of their fellow workers.

The Goldwater Institute asked me (along with 4,000 other people) to attend this court case. But I could not because of Randall Carney illegal threat to have me arrested if I ever entered the Maricopa County Court House again.
